Transcriptome atlas of Brassicaceae species

I'm are developing a transcriptome atlas to identify genes evolved under environmental stress at distinct developmental stages in the extremophyte (extremophile plant) Eutrema salsugineum and salt-sensitive closely related species, Sisymbrium irio from Brassicaceae family. My goal is to expand the fundamental understanding of genes and gene networks involved in how plants adapt to environmental stresses. Wild species naturally inhabiting extreme environments present an untapped, yet a critical resource to effectively accomplish this objective.
